Payment Policy:

At our office we are committed to the success of our patient's dental treatment and want to provide the very best service available. To help reduce our administrative costs and keep our fees as low as possible we require payments to be made at the time of treatment.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Cash, and Checks.

Patients with Dental Insurance:

Dental insurance usually does not cover the total cost of treatment. When dental services are provided to you, your portion of the co-payment including deductible will be expected at that time. If your insurance company fails to pay within 60 days after we submit a claim on your behalf, you will be responsible for the full fee.

For treatment amounts where your financial responsibility is over $300.00 we offer extended payment plans through CareCredit. This is a healthcare credit card specifically designed to pay for treatments and procedures not covered by insurance.
